Riding Through the Darkness — 12 Hours for Men’s Mental Health

This isn’t just another race.
This is 12 hours in the saddle — pain, sweat, dirt, and doubt — to shine a light on something too many men still keep in the dark: mental health.

I’m taking on the 12 Hours of Fury to raise funds for North Valley MTB, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that’s helping people find connection, purpose, and belonging through mountain biking. They don’t just build trails — they build community. They get people off the couch, out of isolation, and into a world where friendships are made one ride at a time.

Because here’s the truth:
Men are struggling. Loneliness is an epidemic. Depression doesn’t care how tough you are or how much you can lift. But when we ride together — when we talk, laugh, suffer, and push each other — we chip away at that silence.

Every dollar raised goes to North Valley MTB to keep these community rides and events alive — to give people a place to belong, to sweat it out, and to heal.

So if you’ve ever felt the weight of the world sitting on your chest…
If you know what it’s like to feel alone in a crowded room…
Then help me turn that pain into power — one mile, one dollar, one rider at a time.

Let’s ride through the darkness, together.
